Import

Bring your existing context into 3ngram from these sources:

Source	Format
ChatGPT	Conversation export (JSON)
Claude	Conversation export (JSON)
Craft	Markdown files (.md or .zip)

To import:

1. Go to app.3ngram.ai
2. Navigate to Settings > Import
3. Upload your export file
4. 3ngram extracts memories with appropriate types and project tags

Imported content is deduplicated against existing memories.

Export

Download your entire workspace as a ZIP archive at any time:

1. Go to Settings > Export
2. Click Download ZIP

The export includes all documents, memories, and metadata. Available regardless of subscription status. Your data is always yours.
